Order cancellation policy: The order can be canceled within 24 hours of completing the payment; after this period, cancellation is not possible. If the order status is "being processed in the factory" or has been shipped or is out for delivery, the customer cannot cancel the order. In special cases, if the refund is approved after shipping, the shipping fees and return fees will be deducted from the paid amount. If you wish to cancel the order within the above-mentioned period, please contact customer service (via WhatsApp) to complete the cancellation procedures, providing the following information: full name used in the order, order number, email used in the order, and important notes. In case a customer requests to return the order, approval or disapproval depends on the type of product, whether it is special or ready-made, and the customer bears the shipping and return costs.
